Marc Fitzgibbon is a Partner on the Employment and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Teams at Lavelle Partners, with over 30 years’ experience an Employment law expert, in advising clients in both private and commercial disputes.
Marc is an experienced practitioner at the Workplace Relations Commission ("WRC") and the Labour Court and represents both employers and employees in the wide range of employment forums.
