Lavelle Partners LLP are pleased to announce the appointment of four new solicitors following the successful completion of their traineeships with the firm.
Qualifying across a range of practice areas, they reflect the depth and breadth of the firm’s legal expertise. The newly qualified solicitors are Liam Tully (Property), Avril Carroll (Medical Negligence & Personal Injury), Aisling Shiels (Litigation & Dispute Resolution) and Méabh Flynn (Corporate & Commercial).

About Our New Solicitors
Liam Tully, Property Solicitor, has a particular focus on the acquisition, disposal, leasing and financing of both commercial and residential property.
Avril Carroll, Medical Negligence & Personal Injury Solicitor, has experience in challenging decisions related to Assessment of Need applications and specialises in representing plaintiffs in medical negligence and personal injury claims.
Aisling Shiels, Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor, is experienced in acting in defamation cases, breach of contract litigation, property and construction disputes and professional negligence litigation.
Méabh Flynn, Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, has experience in advising on M&A transactions, corporate and commercial arrangements and corporate governance.
The new appointments follow the recent promotions of Georgina Lanigan and Dermot McClean as partners, as the firm plans a move to new state-of-the-art offices as part of its continued expansion.
