Liam Tully is a Solicitor who works across Lavelle Partners’ Property and Banking & Finance Teams.
His particular focus is on the acquisition, disposal, leasing and financing of both commercial and residential property.
Liam has experience in acting for both landlords and tenants in relation to commercial lease agreements, and in acting for individuals, developers and financial institutions in the buying and selling of residential property.
He also has experience in acting for lending institutions in relation to secured lending transactions and in acting for borrowers with regard to re-financing.
Liam joined the firm in 2022 and qualified as a solicitor in 2025.
