Lavelle Partners secures significant settlement for minor who suffered serious injuries on school premises

The Plaintiff was a lawful visitor at a school premises.

While playing in a green area of the grounds, she tripped and came in contact with a sharp and exposed branch of a recently pruned tree.

She suffered serious personal injury as a result of this incident.
