Lavelle Partners secures settlement for man seriously injured at work

The Plaintiff was engaged in the dismantling of a shed at the rear of a public house.

With the removal of the penultimate pillar of the shed, the wall surrounding the pillars collapsed thereby causing the final pillar of the shed to fall and crush the Plaintiff. He was later found to have suffered an acquired brain injury among other serious physical injuries.

The matter was settled successfully on the day of the trial, prior to the actual hearing of the case.
