About Nicola

Nicola Walsh is a Partner and Co-Head of the Property Team at Lavelle Partners specialising in non-contentious commercial property transactions. She is a highly regarded solicitor and has extensive experience in all commercial property, property development and property finance matters. Nicola advises a wide variety of clients across several sectors including charities, retail, residential, hotel, state agencies and financial services.

Nicola is also a qualified tax adviser (AITI) and she specialised in tax law for many years prior to becoming a property specialist.
