We are looking for an Asset & Debt Recovery Solicitor to join our team, based in our busy Dublin 2 office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in the area of Asset & Debt Recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Advising financial institutions and credit servicing companies in mortgage litigation, asset recovery and enforcement of security.
  • Managing a high-volume, fast-moving workload.
  • Excellent administration skills which demonstrate an eye for detail and an ability to organise, manage and prioritise work.
  • Managing litigation caseload in all courts to include drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel and management of case files to conclusion.
  • Managing defence litigation files.
  • Working independently and with senior department members on a variety of litigation matters.
  • Interpreting, analysing and advising clients on relevant case law and legislation.
  • Management of the client relationship.

 Key Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience in Asset & Debt Recovery.
  • Highly organised with a proven ability to manage a busy caseload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at managing client relations.
