The Sunday Times Ireland Best Places to Work 2024 is a prestigious recognition awarded to companies that excel in creating outstanding workplace environments. The survey measures employee experience across six key drivers of engagement: Reward and Recognition, Information Sharing, Empowerment, Pride, Job Satisfaction and Well-Being.
Firms are required to achieve a minimum participation rate per number of employees to be considered for inclusion. Lavelle Partners were one of only two law firms included in the report in addition to the Law Society of Ireland.
