National law firm Lavelle Partners LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Solicitor Georgina Lanigan to head up the firm’s Asset & Debt Recovery practice.
Georgina brings a wealth of experience to the firm, specialising in advising financial institutions, credit servicing companies and SME’s on mortgage and commercial litigation, asset and debt recovery and enforcement of security.
Georgina also has extensive experience in advising clients on regulatory and compliance matters and advising receivers on their appointments over certain assets.
A graduate of the University of Wales, Georgina is dual qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland and in England and Wales.
