Lavelle Partners Advises WEW Engineering on their Acquisition by Fingleton White

Lavelle Partners LLP are delighted to have advised the shareholders of WEW Engineering Ltd on their recent acquisition by the Fingleton White Group.

The company acquisition will combine Kilkenny-based WEW Engineering’s expertise in water, wastewater and energy industries with the established capabilities of Fingleton White.

Based in Portlaoise, Fingleton White have become a major stakeholder in the development of power generation, oil and natural gas infrastructure where the capital value of completed projects exceeds half a billion Euros.
