Lavelle Partners advise Brockley Group Limited in their sale to Tennants Consolidated Ireland Limited

Lavelle Partners LLP were delighted to advise the shareholders of the Brockley Group Limited in their sale to Tennants Consolidated Ireland Limited.

The family-owned Brockley Group is one of Ireland’s leading chemical distributor, founded in 1977. The company supply a range of products to key industries like pharmaceutical, personal and animal healthcare, agricultural and medical device.

UK-based Tennants Consolidated Limited is another family business, in operation since 1797. The distribute chemical specialties across Europe to the polymer manufacturing and processing industries.
