Lavelle Partners acts for Groupe Guillin S.A in its acquisition of Celtic Sales Company Limited

Lavelle Partners were pleased to act for leading European food packaging company Groupe Guillin S.A. in its acquisition of Irish food packaging company Celtic Sales Company Limited.

The Corporate Team was led by Partner Gríana O’Kelly with Corporate Solicitor Katie Oakes and supported by Consultant Úna O’Connor (Property) and Partner Marc Fitzgibbon (Employment).

Groupe Guillin was founded in 1972 and now consists of 26 companies throughout Europe and distributes their food packaging products to more than 70 countries.
