Lavelle Partners advised on the Finance Dublin Mergers & Acquisitions SME Deal of the Year 2022.

Our Corporate Team advised Jarsen Distribution Limited trading as Proline Architectural Hardware and its shareholders in the sale of the company to Grafton Group Plc. The transaction proceeded by way of Share Sale and was completed in early 2021.

The Lavelle Partners team, lead by Corporate Partner Grìana O’Kelly, and supported by Senior Partner Marc Fitzgibbon (employment), Consultant Úna O’Connor (Property) and Solicitor Katie Oakes (corporate), provided advices on all aspects of the sale.
