Lavelle Partners advises Proline Hardware in their sale to Grafton Group

Lavelle Partners were pleased to provide legal services to Proline Architectural Hardware in their sale to the Grafton Group PLC.

Proline specialises in the supply of a wide range of high quality traditional and contemporary architectural ironmongery products, in a variety of designs and finishes, including door locks, hinges and handles. Proline’s wide product range and expertise allows joinery manufacturers, contractors and trade customers to source ironmongery products from a single source.  The business works closely with architects on the specification and scheduling of ironmongery products for commercial, public sector and residential projects and continually develops its product ranges to ensure its customers benefit from the very latest solutions.
