Lavelle Partners were pleased to provide legal services to Brentech Data Systems and its shareholders, in the sale of the company to Principal Logistics Technology.

Brentech Data Systems, based in Dublin, was founded in 1990 by John Brennan. The company is a leading provider of Distribution, Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Resource Planning software and support to wholesalers and distributors in various sectors across the world.
